So, the olympics are nearly upon us and I am sure it is exciting for all the athletes involved and for those who love sport. Whilst there may me some of us mums and dads out there who are not looking forward to all the hype and the disturbance of our favourite TV programmes, I am sure that all our little ones are looking forward to all the olympic themed events that schools and children's clubs will be putting on. Encouraging our children to get involved in sport is essential; to keep our children as healthy as possible. Whether we enrol older children into summer sport programmes, take little one off to children's centre events or do it the good old fashioned way of going out on a bike in the fresh air, I'm sure we will all be doing something sporty this summer.
